Impact Report 2022
TITLE
Jonathan Rose Companies is a leading owner, developer, and operator of green, affordable, and mixed-income communities. Since its founding in 1989, the company has been committed to fostering an environmentally sustainable and socially equitable world through the development, preservation, and renovation of these communities.
My role was to initiate the design of the annual Impact Report, creating a cohesive visual system that could seamlessly adapt across both presentations and print.

Design and publish an annual Impact Report that communicates the company’s social and environmental impact from the previous year.
The report must work across digital and print formats, and be presentation-ready.
BRIEF
We developed a modular design system that uses color coding to differentiate each section: red for Impact Strategy, blue for Social Impact, and green for Environmental Impact. This visual structure helps readers quickly navigate the content and understand the type of impact being presented. The layout was created in a full-spread format to seamlessly adapt to widescreen presentations while remaining print-friendly.
The 2024 edition marks our fourth year producing the report. Based on stakeholder feedback, we refine the design each year to improve clarity, storytelling, and user engagement.
