MEDIUM

Design the brand identity for Community Opportunity Fund that reflects the non profits vision of empowering residents by giving them a voice in shaping their communities, with a focus on inclusivity, dignity, and reducing inequality. The design should convey a sense of trust, unity, community-driven action, and opportunity.

BRIEF

The final logo selected by the client was a clean, approachable wordmark using a rounded sans-serif typeface to convey friendliness and accessibility. During the design process, we explored a range of symbolic logo options, including motifs of people joining hands to represent unity and community. We also tested typographic treatments that emphasized the word "unity" within the name. Ultimately, the client chose to move forward with the wordmark alone, with the intention to revisit and possibly introduce a symbol as the organization grows.
